• Preferences: Travel values, budget range, preferred timing, and availability for a call
• Motivation: Your written response explaining why you want to join a Zouhal Elite experience

We may also collect technical data such as your IP address and browser type when you visit our website, for security and analytics purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Review and assess your application to join Zouhal Elite
• Contact you for a vibe-check call if your application advances
• Communicate details about upcoming experiences, destinations, and availability
• Personalise and improve the experience selection process based on your stated preferences
• Comply with any legal obligations

We will never use your information for automated decision-making without human review.

Active members' data is retained for the duration of their membership and up to 24 months after their last experience with us.

7. Photography & Content at Events

Zouhal Elite experiences include professional content creation. By attending an experience, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be captured and used for Zouhal Elite's promotional materials, including social media, unless you explicitly inform us otherwise in writing prior to the event.

Depending on your country of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
