1. About Zouhal Elite

Zouhal Elite is a private, invite-only luxury travel and experience company. We curate immersive journeys combining premium accommodation, private dining, exclusive events, and professional content creation for a carefully selected global community.

Participation is not guaranteed by application alone. All members are subject to a review and approval process at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility & Application

To apply to join Zouhal Elite, you must be at least 18 years of age. Submitting an application does not constitute an offer or guarantee of acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason. Accepted applicants will be contacted directly for a qualification call prior to confirmation.

Any false or misleading information provided in an application may result in immediate removal from the community.

3. Bookings & Payment

Once accepted and invited to a specific experience, a deposit or full payment may be required to secure your place. Payment terms, amounts, and deadlines will be communicated at the time of invitation.

Places are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis among approved applicants. A place is only reserved upon receipt of payment.

All prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of offer. Zouhal Elite is not responsible for currency fluctuation or bank fees incurred during payment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by experience and will be stated clearly at the time of booking confirmation. General guidelines are as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus an administrative fee
• 30–60 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before departure: No refund

Zouhal Elite strongly recommends obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.

In the unlikely event that Zouhal Elite must cancel or significantly alter an experience, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future experience.

5. Code of Conduct

Zouhal Elite experiences bring together a diverse, high-calibre community. All participants are expected to:

• Treat all fellow members, staff, hosts, and service providers with respect at all times
• Comply with local laws and regulations in each destination
• Refrain from any behaviour that is disruptive, harmful, or brings the Zouhal Elite brand into disrepute
• Respect the privacy of other participants — do not share photos or content featuring other members without their express consent

Zouhal Elite reserves the right to remove any participant from an experience at any time for conduct deemed unacceptable, without refund.

6. Photography & Content Rights

Professional photography and videography is included in all Zouhal Elite experiences. By attending, you grant Zouhal Elite a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use images and videos in which you appear for promotional purposes, including on social media, the website, and marketing materials.

If you wish to opt out of appearing in published content, you must notify us in writing at least 14 days before the experience begins. Individual content requests made during the experience can also be honoured at our discretion.

You retain the right to use any content created for you personally. You may not sell or sub-licence Zouhal Elite-branded content without prior written consent.

7. Health, Safety & Travel Documents

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport, visa, and any necessary travel documents for each destination. Zouhal Elite cannot be held liable for any costs, losses, or missed experiences arising from inadequate documentation.

You agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements in advance to ensure your safety and comfort. This information will be kept confidential and used only to facilitate your experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zouhal Elite acts as an organiser and facilitator of experiences. While we take every precaution to ensure quality and safety, we cannot accept liability for:

• Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics
• Acts or omissions of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, restaurants, activity providers)
• Personal injury, illness, theft, or loss of personal belongings during an experience

Our total liability to any participant in connection with an experience shall not exceed the total amount paid by that participant for that specific experience.

9. Confidentiality

Information shared within the Zouhal Elite community — including business discussions, personal circumstances, and details about fellow members — is confidential. Members are expected to treat the community as a trusted, private circle.

10. Amendments

Zouhal Elite reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued participation in Zouhal Elite experiences constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter through the appropriate legal channels.
